Unique Wedding Venues

Everyone who plans their wedding usually wants their wedding to be a bit unique. While you may not want to go out on a total limb with your wedding, you do want it to stand out from others. Fortunately, if you are planning a wedding in the city or the English countryside, chances are that it will be remembered for the charm of the area in which it is held. Here are some tips on how to create unique weddings:

Think of the perfect location

Take a ride through the area where you live or area where you find the most romantic and think of the perfect location for your wedding. Chances are that you already know of places that would be ideal for your wedding and wedding reception. The challenge is to find the ideal spot and make it happen. Start off with a locale that you have in mind and go from there. Go online and search for wedding venues that are close to the area that you like. If the location is a garden, look for estates or large manors in the area that will allow you to let the garden for an evening or a day. The perfect location is the most important aspect to planning the most unique wedding.

Consider other areas

If the areas where you are looking are close to London and you are on a limited budget, it may be too expensive for you to have your wedding in these locations. You should consider other locations where the country is equally beautiful but which may not be as costly. You may even want to consider going to Scotland for your wedding as it is picturesque and will be one unique country wedding that people will not likely forget.

Consider different venues

There are various venues all over England that will allow you to rent them out for a wedding that you may not have considered, including stately homes. Whether you are having a large party or an intimate gathering for your wedding, you should consider some different venues, such as large homes in the country that can be let for a day or two to provide you with the ideal venue for your wedding.

Consider friends homes and gardens

If you have a friend who has a large home or garden, you may want to approach them with your idea for a unique wedding. This can be the gift from your friend to you - allowing you to host your wedding at their home. Be sure to take into consideration their garden as well as it can be ideal for an outdoor wedding reception.

The sky is truly the limit when it comes to unique ideas for a wedding. You can even have the wedding in your own garden or home. Use the above ideas and work within your budget to come up with the perfect wedding venue for you.
